Welcome to my weekly ramblings on my knitting and crochet projects. I've been going through my holiday purchases and planning what to do with them. In Kingussie I bought some lovely sock yarn locally dyed and some 4 ply North Ronaldsay yarn dyed in Scotland. The colours are amazing In the way to Ullapool I popped into Ripplescraft near Lochinver. She has some beautiful colours and I bought 4 skeins of green merino for a crochet top and some sock yarn. In Stornaway I bought a lovely ball of hebridean mixed with Cheviot/bluefacedleicester yarn and I will enjoy making a hat with this.
